Review of Queenstown Lakeview Holiday Park
Our 8th accommodation during our 2 month NZ road trip. We stayed here for 5 nights in a studio room from end-Nov to early-Dec.
Great location that's just a 5 min walk away from Queenstown CBD, Skyline Gondola (and Fergburger for that matter).
We had a ground-level room that felt squeezy - with a double decker and a double bed. Shared kitchen facilities are well maintained though you may need to go earlier to use the in-demand pots. This was the the only place we stayed in NZ with an overkill of access control features such as code entry for us to enter the carpark, laundry and a key to the shared kitchen. I tried using the toilet at the camper side and realised I need a code. Good play area and trampoline too. The only time you'd appreciate the lakeview is if you hang around the playground area.
